Torque control : The unit can be used for API and Premium connections(with or without shoulder), it can display the torque-turns graph, and record the torque & turns automatically, detect & analyze the inflection point of premium connection, judge the connection is qualified or not according to the J value and save the screwing graph.

This software supports a quality tracking system and has the function of scanning and identifying the OR code on the pipe body. It corresponds to the connection parameters of the pipe and the corresponding input information such as the coupling number and coupling furnace batch number, and synchronizes the data to the corresponding database of the pipe number in the server
Auto-control & communication requirements
Siemens PLC as control system. LABVIEW human-computer interface, connect to upper PC with Ethernet and communication with the control room.So it can realize the observation, remote dialogue and fault diagnosis in the control room.
